Shipping
All prints purchased from The Memory Lane Collection are packaged in a heavy duty cardboard mailer, and are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipping costs are based on a flat rate.
If you would prefer to pick up your order at our office location, please select the "Don't Ship/Will Pick Up" option when completing your order online. A sales representative will notify you within 4 business days when your order is ready. Our offices are located at 4 Eagle Road in Danbury, Connecticut. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Returns
Memory Lane Collection is committed to making sure that our customers have a 100% satisfactory experience when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with a print purchased from our collection, we will gladly refund your money. Or if you prefer, you can request a replacement print of equal value. We will replace any print that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, you must notify us immediately at the time of delivery by emailing us at info@memorylanecollection.com, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.
We will accept for refund any print that you are not completely satisfied with providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packaging materials and in perfect condition. All prints must be returned within 15 days of receipt to Memory Lane Collection, 4 Eagle Road, Danbury, CT 06810.
